Israel The free trade agreement between the United States and Israel, our country`s first free trade agreement, came into force on September 1, 1985. Many of our free trade agreements are bilateral agreements between two governments. But some, such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and the Dominican Republic-Central America-U.S.
